Coming from California, I was looking for a hair stylist that had that chill vibe and intuition to decrypt what hairstyle I would try to explain but doesn't always come out clearly. When you walk into Frankie's office you are welcomed with smiles and good beats in the background. I tried my best to explain what I wanted and he got the idea immediately.
