The name Starling came from my deep love of nature and how it constantly fuels my inspiration.
Starlings are a city bird and move together in a magical, fluid way that is ever-changing.
Owner Mary aims to accentuate the positive in every client she sees.
She began her hairstyling career in 1983 graduating from Portsmouth School of Beauty, then going on to advanced training at Vidal Sassoon in London, England, The Horst Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and numerous advanced color training including Davines Color Theory and Creative Application in Providence, Rhode Island.
