Since 2010, Salon Kiklo has been known for its upbeat personalities and trendsetting ways, which is what we continue to strive for today. With an industrial space and decor to match, we offer a warm and friendly environment to make each client feel comfortable and welcome.
We believe that education is key when it comes to delivering our goal. From assistants to stylists, they go through training and classes to keep up with the latest trends. Your appointment is very important to us and that time has been reserved especially for you. We respectfully request 24 hours' notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or "no shows" are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Salon Kiklo does not offer refunds on any services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we offer a correction at no charge within 14 days of the original appointment.
