Hi, my name is Mellany Slaton. As many of you already know, I am from the Dakotas, and I say the "Dakotas" because my family is scattered throughout North and South Dakota. I attended R.D. Hairstyling College in Bismarck, ND where I received my master cosmetology license. I then moved to Georgia in 1983 where I began my career in this crazy and exciting profession.
I have been blessed by supportive friends and family. It is the loyalty of great clients, such as yourself, that has enabled me to open the salon of my dreams, Fringe Hair Salon. My staff and I are well-educated and stay current on the latest trends through continuing education classes. We are a full-service salon, and I take great pride in the professionalism of all my stylists.
