Bethany Bartlett-Tomko, a Cherryfield, Maine native, knew that she loved Hair and Fashion from an early age. Often becoming the go to consultant for her friends and family while growing up in the small town of Cherryfield. She graduated high school and attended college at the University of Maine, then went on to graduate Cosmetology School in Portland, Maine.
With over 18 years in the industry, her journey to owning and creating PurStrands Salon started under the tutelage of the same mentor in Portland, ME for 12 years. Becoming a Master Goldwell colorist, and Hair extension guru while honing her craft.
