24 hr notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill that time. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment. No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show".
They will be charged 100% of scheduled services. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or in some cases rescheduled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
