We recommend taking Advil an hour before your session.
For best results, do not shave for 2-3 weeks beforehand.
If you have not shaven in a while, you can trim, but do not trim too much.
What should be avoided before my session?
Don't drink too much caffeine.
Don't tan or receive any harsh peelings.
You should never wax after taking Accutane or using Retin-A, or products that contain any Retin-A.
Try to avoid heavy creams, lotions or oils, such as you receive after a massage or pedicure.
