Our GentleLASE Plus is cleared by the FDA for permanent hair reduction, while our GentleYAG is FDA cleared to treat all skin types, including tanned skin, and allows us to treat clients year-round.
The FDA has also cleared the GentleYAG for treatment of "pseudofolliculitis barbae (PFB)," which is a common problem ethnic, dark skinned clients have.
Our Lasers target THE HAIR not the skin.

If hair growth is sparse (approximately 3/16 of an inch), short stubble should be visible on the day of treatment.
Forty-eight hours prior to treatment, do NOT use aspirin, Ibuprofen, Aleve or any cold medications.
You also must NOT have taken photo-sensitive medications such as antibiotics and some herbal remedies for two weeks before an appointment can be scheduled.
Please contact our office to inform us of any change in medication(s) you are taking.
