Cheryl has been a licensed Manicurist/Nail Tech since 1999.
Prior to that she did her own nails for a great many years and had always been interested in getting into the business, but fear of taking State tests and establishing a business was scary when she was in her 20's.
Finally in 1999, she took the plunge after talking to someone, who was on the Cosmetology Board, encouraged her to do it.
So, while she worked full time at an office job, she went to school, part time, for 5 months to get her 600 hrs required by the state to become a Nail Technician.
