Services
The HeadRoom Salon was established in 2001, when the revitalization of Old Town was still in its early stages.
The borders were a block and a half long, and we were off the beaten path.
We started out at 106 East Ceasar E Chavez Ave with two stylists and no receptionist, and not too many neighbors.
While Old Town was growing, so was the salon.
We had room for six and eventually met that number.
It was great, since people were now thanking us for a reason to come to Old Town to see us, and visit the shops in the area.

What is the difference between an haircut and a trim, is dry cutting a less expensive option?
There is no difference between a trim and a haircut.
When your stylist asks you if you need a haircut with your color, some clients will say, I just need a trim, thinking it will be less expensive.
A cut that takes off one quarter inch takes just as long as a cut that removes many inches.
We may take a different approach to cutting, by dry cutting before the shampoo.
Dry cutting allows us to see the individual growth patterns, resulting in a cut designed just for you.
