She trained with The Red Door by Elizabeth Arden and traveled with them for many years as their professional cutting educator, offering support and instruction, until she married, had children, and moved away.
Since then, Melinda worked as a hair colorist and stylist at two other salons. Inspired by her success as well as experience as an educator for 8 1/2 years, her husband had decided to join her in the industry. They work as a team putting their wealth of knowledge and experience together to make each client the best version of themselves.
