I went in there after another shop messed up my French tip nails for my birthday (though the other people were kind, they just didn't know how to do them properly).
Kimberly gave me exactly what I asked for.
I came in, told the manager/owner about the bad experience I had at the other nail shop and he was so kind and empathetic.
He then paired me with Kimberly and she took the time to make my nails look feminine and professional again.
