Hi! My name is Melissa Novak and if you ask my parents they would say that I am a natural-born stylist.
When I was a young child I cut my hair not once, but twice!
I was also known to have cut the hair of my dolls.
Because of this I was given the nickname "Buzzweed".
As I grew up I found great inspiration from my Aunt Val.
Since I was a child we would always go to her hair salon, and sometimes even her kitchen to get our hair done.
My mom and all my sisters would go together and make a day of it.
