Autoclaving is a standard procedure in accordance with AMA, FDA, and EPA guideline at medical facilities in US. Our metal implements remain sealed in the disposable sanitation pouches and only open at each services. At Onyx Nails, we insure the highest level of sanitation. At each service, we use a disposable kit which include nails file, buffer, wood stick, and pumice.
It is our top priority to keep the salon disinfected and safe to our clients. Throughout the day, our staffs continuous sanitize and wipe the sinks and tabletops disinfecting solution to prevent any spread of bacteria and germs.

Less than 5 hours notice of cancellation will be charge $15 per service of your scheduled appointment to the credit card on file.
No shows will be charge $20 per service of your scheduled appointment to the credit card on file.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation for your service.
We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled appointment, however, if we are unable to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away.
