Below we have examples on how to take the photos, PLEASE follow these instructions - if we cannot properly see, we will need to ask you to try again.
We will also send you an automatic email confirmation once the information has been received on our end.
This helps us get you a quote for the services you would like to receive and will let us book the proper amount of time for your appointment.

Due to our limited openings, we request a 24-hour advance notice in the event of canceling or rescheduling your appointment unless you are sick or have any symptoms that were covered in our agreement.
This allows us enough time to fill the opening and schedule another client who is waiting for an appointment.
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment will be responsible for a 50% charge of the initial service if we cannot fill your appointment.
You will be charged at your next appointment, if this occurs a second time, you will be asked to pre-pay a non-refundable deposit of the service in full.
This allows us enough time to fill the opening and schedule another client who is waiting for an appointment.
