The booking fee is non-refundable, but in the event of cancellations on the stylist end, were unable to give the desired style a full refund will be issued.
Note: If a stylist is left waiting more than 25 minutes an additional fee of $25.00 will be assessed before services are rendered via cash, cashapp, credit card, no checks.
