Arthur, who has an extensive experience in the beauty industry, has begun his career in 1998 in Moscow, Russia. He graduated from the prestigious German School of Hairdressing Art - "Schwarzkopf". Since 2001, Arthur began to work in Manhattan. In 2007, he worked and held training lessons for colorists in one of the top salons in Manhattan. Deep Conditioner - it is more powerful and stronger stuff than a regular, daily conditioner.
Deep conditioner penetrates into the top layer of a hair and envelops them, thus protecting and nourishing the hair, providing them with all necessary ingredients that hair has lost due to negative external influences or at a coloring process.
Deep conditioner is applied to the hair on 1-2 minutes, without using heat.
After a couple of minutes washed it with warm water.
Deep treatment mask - it is more profound hair treatment.

I've been seeing Arthur for about 3 years now and he never disappoints! I live all the way in queens and will make the journey to the city just to have him cut my hair. Today, I decided to try something different and do a purple balayage. Arthur really did an amazing job and I'm super happy with it!!!!

I went to this salon last Sunday. I had a difficult case since someone botched my hair during the pandemic. He and ANNIE fixed my color and understood what I wanted . They did an excellent job and are well stocked with great brands . Now I have an ombré blond . I really wanted a contrast . I will go back for my touch up. It just fits me better . Unfortunately on some spots on the top , the hair has to grow , it had been damaged by the previous stylist . I have found a good place

I was on a hunt for a good place that would not break the bank. I was scared because it was my first time trying bangs but all the reviews I read were great, and even if there was a bad review , Arthur himself would answer back and showed he cared. So I decided to make an appointment because it seemed to be a place where they cared about the clients. I got there and even though the place was small the people working there were really nice. Arthur listened to what I wanted but also gave his input. He did exactly what I wanted for my hair. I got bangs and long layers. Everytime i used to say long layers other salons would chop up so much of my hair but Arthur got it just right.I had never been so happy with a haircut. I'm recommending all my friends to this place lol. Defitnetly coming back!!
