Although I do full-service hair my specialty is hair color, highlighting, lowlighting, etc. and cutting.

Uptown Hair Studio was a goal of mine 28 years ago while attending cosmetology school.
I have been lucky and privileged to know at a young age what I was going to be when I grew up.
I have been blessed to encounter through my career a fantastic mentor, Mary Miller.
Not only working for her but mentoring under her for 13 years of my career was the main ingredient I needed to start my endeavor.
