We hold the appointment time specifically for you, and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 24 hour notice.
All new guests must provide a credit card to hold an appointment, as well as lengthy color appointments.
Guests who have previously not upheld the cancellation policy will also be required to provide a credit card to hold an appointment.
Appointments made within 24 hours, needing a cancellation (in the same day), must cancel 4 hours prior to the appointment time, otherwise 50% of the service(s) will be charged.
