Tammy L. Moore, CEO and owner of A Precious Touch Hair Salon Inc. over 24 years; was born and raised in Rochester, NY.
At the very tender age of 14, she envisioned owning her own salon.
After moving to Florida, she realized there was a need for an upscale salon in the Tampa Bay area with a New York attitude.
Her goal was to have a salon that was a comfortable and stress-free environment for her clients.
Tammy held onto a 3.72 GPA as a full time student while running her business and catering to her clients needs.
