In 2019, Olivia Stephens Salon & Spa was founded on the island of Palm Beach, Florida by Stephen Kaiser in the image of his daughter Olivia.
Not being from the salon and spa industry, Stephen, a client himself, discovered most salons & spas were owned/operated by stylists or estheticians themselves; resulting in a limited view of the needs of their clientele.
Determined to take a fresh approach to the salon and spa industry, Stephen sought to create Olivia Stephens from its clients' eyes.
Never forgetting that a company is nothing without the soul of a great team and culture, Stephen was also determined to ensure all of the team at Olivia Stephens had a voice.
