Susie's career began at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor where she graduated in April of 2009, accompanied by having a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Technology from Eastern Michigan University.
Amongst some incredible career highlights, she has traveled and worked fashion shows with Intercoiffure in Miami, FL and New York, NY.
She began working at DH in September of 2016 and two years later she was hired as a Deva Curl Coach traveling throughout the Midwest teaching salons the secrets of curly hair!

I have been interested in microblading since it first started becoming more popular years ago.
I have always loved the beauty industry, hair, make up, microblading, etc.
But, the more I looked into it, I realized there was no place remotely close to me!
I had considered driving to wherever I could to get them done but I knew I would want to keep up on touch ups and that wouldn't be easy.
After completing my apprenticeship at a microblading salon in Springport and working there to build my clientele, I decided to venture out on my own and decided to call Devil's Haircut my home away from home.
