I opened Ron Carlos Salon in 2012, just one month after having my third child.
The timing may have been crazy, but I saw an amazing opportunity to pursue my dream of owning a salon and I knew I had to follow my passion.
It's my goal to make RCS a place where clients can depend on getting the best service from an experienced group of stylists who love what they do.
You will find me behind the chair and working alongside my team to give our guests the exceptional experience they expect.
Shortly after opening RCS, someone told me I have a natural gift for making people feel at ease.
