Ego Trip is currently nestled in downtown Lancaster and has established itself as a leading salon specializing in healthy hair and top-notch color services. Our goal is to let every client who sits in our chairs leave feeling vibrant and better than when they walked in. We are also a proud Wella Salon and home to a Wella certified Master Colorist with 20 years of experience, as well as quality stylists, barbers, and makeup artists.
Ego Trip Hair Salon was founded in 2014 by owner Tamara Crespo-Hyson who has over 20 years of beauty and bridal industry experience. Tamara has received many accolades over the course of her career. She has won the Wella Studio Young Artist of the Year, been featured as a Wella Top 10 colorist of the year, and most recently added Wella Certified Master Colorist to her repertoire.
Under her leadership, Ego Trip has established itself as a small but mighty salon in our local market. Color may be her specialty but she prides herself on being able to take any head of hair and transform it into something beautiful via cuts, color, chemical services, or a good old fashioned blowout.
