I saw an ad for Glenn but it took me a year to make the scary change. It was a wonderful visit. Glenn is a very caring person and talks to you about what you expect from your visit. He asks lots of questions about your lifestyle and your likes and dislikes.
He even encourages you to bring pictures of hairstyles and hair colors you like. Very unusual because everyone is in a hurry to get you in and out. I was amazed with the cut, color, and especially how my hair felt. I can't wait to go back to see what we can accomplish together to have the hair I love.

He has been an educator at various cosmetology schools & privately owned salons with the focus on color systems and techniques.
He has trained staff and been a consultant to other salon owners in the finer details of serving their clientele (service development).
