After spending the last four years in Omaha, he is establishing Des Moines as his home base.
He enjoys doing hair services of all types, and enjoys blondes and vivid colors.
Kelly has been in the industry since 2009, starting in marketing at a Cosmetology school and diving in behind the chair the last 10 years.
