We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price. We make sure every guest is made aware of our No-show/late cancellation policy when scheduling an appointment over the phone or through text message reminders or phone call reminders before appointment.
When an appointment is missed we will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
