We are a hair salon, but see ourselves as far more than that. We are a diverse team that works in a creative space, sharing our passion and art with community. Every customer is a guest in our home and creative space. Our mission is to provide each guest with a professional, nurturing experience that she or he can take out into the world, looking and feeling their best self.
To do that, we aim to to educate our guests, provide solutions to hair care challenges, achieve results not found at other salons, and more importantly, sustain long lasting relationships. I see the stylist / guest relationship as somewhat like dating. The goal on the first date is for things to work out 100%, taking into account goals, expectations, and what works best for the guest.
Often, building a relationship with a stylist takes more than a single visit. Our promise is to do all we can to meet and exceed expectations on every salon visit. If that promise is not met, we will make any adjustments in order to learn from the experience, and give the guest an experience they deserve.
