Tweety's offers a friendly environment, a diverse clientele, a sense of community and an array of services. Mrs. Terri Williams, the owner, is a graduate of the Missouri School of Barbering with 27 years of experience.

She was a platform artist for Oster for 2 years, and was formerly the head instructor of the Academy of Hair Design in Springfield, Missouri. She specializes in working with a variety of hair textures. Her love of pets is evidenced by the treats she provides to all of her furry friends that stop by.
