Janan Srour's hairdressing career began in 5th grade with a homework assignment to write a book about her self.
In this book, she described how she would one day be a teacher AND hairdresser.
Fast forward to 1996, when she began her journey to become a hairdresser by attending The Cosmetology Institute (TCI) in North Carolina.
After graduating, she immediately continued her education by earning a teacher's license.
She stayed with TCI as an educator, teaching general education as well as specialized courses in makeup artistry and hair color.
