If ever I was not 100% satisfied Stacy (the manager) has been extremely obliging and courteous.
They want happy customers.
I always have a great time while there.
The staff are great.
If there was an unkind word from a staff member they were quickly let go.
Stacy only wants the finest staff.
Ive never waited in the lounge area more than 1 minute before being taken to a seat when I have an appointment.
I have never waited more than 5 minutes when I walk-in without an appointment.
