Betsy has been a career hairdresser, being in the industry from the age of eighteen.
Having such a passion for the industry and hungry to explore the full spectrum she joined the Paul Mitchell Design Team early in her career and worked on stage with Paul Mitchell directly while working full time in a North Little Rock salon.
Realizing her true passion was ' behind the chair ' she dropped out of the team to focus on her local career.
During that time she joined The Arkansas Repertory as their 'stylist' for productions for two years.
