In the case we have not met your expectations with your hair, we would like to invite you back within 48 hours of your service for a complimentary adjustment.
The Jos Luis Salon requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation of an appointment.
Please make sure to call during business hours the day before your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees.
