Born and raised in Austin, Sarah is known not only by her exemplary work as a stylist but also for her warm, outgoing nature and ability to make anyone feel comfortable and important.
Accepted to the Baldwin Cosmetology School on a full scholarship, she graduated with honors in 1996.
She started her career with a coveted apprenticeship under Jose Eber, specializing in balayage highlights.
She then spent the next eleven years working in some of Austin's top salons, honing her skills as a stylist and earning a reputation as one of the city's top colorists.

Her freelance career allowed her to work with record companies and recording artists along with fashion designers for fashion week NYC.
She has been doing hair for 25 years, and specializes in cutting hair dry.
Transformative and corrective cut/color are her favorite.
Melissa's styling philosophy is glamorous yet practical, incorporating cosmopolitan flair and high fashion, yet keeping it simple and accessible for everyday life.

He also likes cutting anything from short clippered cuts, textured pixie cuts and long layered hair.
Anywhere from straight to curly, he wants and can do it all.
