Not only that we can do kids haircut for those with special needs. Here at Angel Cuts, we also specialize in adult haircuts. It is our pleasure to provide you with the best services. Spontaneously took my 3.5 year old in to this place today. They are in the same strip mall as our favorite Petco and I was finally fed up with my daughter's. My boys have been seeing Ann since their very first haircut, and she always made them smile and made their hair look great.
